Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and handle travel arrangements with precision.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and ease of access.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately and professionally.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper functioning for seamless operations.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, invoice processing, and other general office management tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate internal communication and document distribution, ensuring information reaches relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Support event planning and coordination for office-related activities, meetings, and team gatherings.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
