Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate new leads to expand client base.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for potential and existing clients.
  • Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, critical illness) and investment policies.
  • Develop customized financial solutions that meet individual client objectives.
  • Prepare and submit insurance applications and related documentation accurately.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews and claims assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and integrity.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
