Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the packaging, labeling, and boxing of various industrial products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment under supervision, following all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and packaging materials, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, pallets, and shipping containers.
- Support inventory management tasks, including counting, organizing, and relocating stock as needed.
- Assist with general material handling duties, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow all instructions and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors and senior staff members.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment (even if entry-level or temporary).
