Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability and cost-efficiency.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments for various departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments, including booking rooms, managing calendars, and sending reminders.
  • Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, and record-keeping to maintain organized and accessible information systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure office common areas, such as reception, conference rooms, and kitchens, are tidy, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
