Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring adherence to IBM’s Global Project Management methodologies and standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular progress reports and status updates.
- Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions to project success.
- Implement change management processes and ensure effective adoption of new solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in IT project management, preferably within a large enterprise or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
