Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user account management, permissions, and software deployments.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure for performance, security, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices, servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
