Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Create and implement data models to support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in the development and optimization of data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies in data analytics and data science.
- Contribute to documentation of data processes, models, and analytical methods.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application in business contexts.
