Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and define complex business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses for proposed changes and solutions.
  • Support testing activities, including developing test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio)
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
