Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across various engineering departments, including planning, design, operations, and asset management.
- Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and testing of new technologies, such as smart grid solutions, renewable energy systems, and advanced metering infrastructure.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, predict performance, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and certifications.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field (graduated within the last 12 months or graduating soon).
- Strong foundational knowledge in electrical power systems, circuit theory, and electromagnetism.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
