Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians and linemen with daily operational tasks.
- Learn and apply safety rules, procedures, and company policies consistently.
- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to develop technical skills.
- Help with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and infrastructure.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment under direct supervision.
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow instructions diligently and ask questions to enhance understanding.
- Adhere to all environmental and quality standards.
