Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic HR team in Poznań for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee recognition, and training and development.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations (RODO/GDPR).
  • Prepare comprehensive HR-related documentation, such as contracts, amendments, and termination letters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Polish labor law and company standards.
  • Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, in collaboration with management.
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, digitalization, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate HR reporting and analytics, assisting in data collection and presentation for strategic HR decision-making and operational improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to work, capable of independent decision-making when appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail or large-scale organizational environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and benefit administration principles.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or local equivalents).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
