Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) or business clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing holistic solutions.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive engagement, regular reviews, and comprehensive financial planning.
  • Identify and onboard new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Present and explain a broad range of HSBC’s financial products and services, including investments, lending, wealth management, and treasury solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal product specialists and partners to ensure clients receive expert advice across all relevant financial domains.
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients, outlining customized financial strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall financial performance of the branch/region.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing a client portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, lending solutions, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses.
  • Experience with CRM software and financial planning tools.
  • Existing network of potential clients in the Hollywood, Florida area.
  • Fluency in Spanish or another second language relevant to the local market.
