Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial paperwork.
  • Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and updating applicant tracking systems.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with precision and confidentiality.
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as requested by HR specialists and managers.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Customer service-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous administrative support experience in an office setting (internships included).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HR).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
