Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
- Help onboard new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial paperwork.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed, utilizing HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs and leave management.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR management team.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in an HR department.
