Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Help onboard new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial paperwork.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed, utilizing HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and leave management.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR management team.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in an HR department.
  • Membership in a professional HR body (e.g., CIPM).
