Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
  • Support HR team members with various projects and initiatives.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant Swiss labor laws.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of an additional Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian) is a plus.
  • Previous experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software is an advantage, but not required.
