Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full cycle of talent acquisition, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with relevant Israeli labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Assist in preparing HR communications, presentations, and other internal documents.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
  • Help facilitate performance management processes and support employee development programs.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in HR.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Israeli labor law and HR best practices (can be learned on the job).
  • Prior experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities.
