Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies to scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy reviews, employee engagement activities, or learning and development programs.
  • Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Research HR best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement within the department.
  • Handle confidential employee information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or similar databases.
