Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and effective communication to employees.
- Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
- Lead and support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
- Conduct HR investigations, addressing employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and discretion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Coordinate and deliver HR-related training and development programs for employees and managers.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 2 years in an HR Executive or Senior HR Generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law (federal and Florida-specific), and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong data management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR).
- Experience working within the commercial real estate or professional services industry.
