Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to senior HR team members when necessary.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement events.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and leave management.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
