Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing HR files.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with precision and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects, events, and training programs.
- Generate HR reports and provide data analysis as requested by HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with an HRIS (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM).
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of basic HR principles and best practices.
