Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and meticulous record keeping.
  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, which involves posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and compliant experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing various HR-related documents, detailed reports, and engaging presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR personnel.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required, actively contributing to their successful planning and implementation.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, manage calendars, and prepare all necessary materials and agendas.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and HR best practices, staying updated on relevant regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (at least 1 year) in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
