Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience from their first day.
- Support the coordination and logistics of internal training sessions, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify trends.
- Handle general employee inquiries, acting as a first point of contact for HR-related questions and directing them to the appropriate HR team member when necessary.
- Contribute to the organisation of company social events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support payroll preparation by accurately collating relevant employee information, such as timesheets, leave requests, and new starter details, and liaising with the finance team.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation, including managing documentation.
- Undertake various ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required, providing valuable support to the wider team and contributing to continuous improvement within the department.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems or database management.
- An understanding of basic HR principles and employment law.
- CIPD Foundation Level qualification or working towards one.
