Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and providing a welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs, including logistics, materials preparation, and tracking attendance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and HR efficiency.
- Help organise company events and employee welfare activities.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop within HR.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
