Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hotel expectations.
  • Replace linens, towels, and guest room supplies (e.g., soap, shampoo, coffee).
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, carts, and work areas.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Required Skills

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or similar role (minimum 3 months).
