Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hotel expectations.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest room supplies (e.g., soap, shampoo, coffee).
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, carts, and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Required Skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
