Top Serv Cleaners is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Housekeeper for a private residential client in Maryland, Ikeja. This is a live-out, full-time role where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, order, and hygiene within a family home. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work independently to ensure all areas of the residence are immaculately kept. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring a high level of hygiene.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances (exterior), and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Handle laundry duties, which include washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly, ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal.
- Maintain general tidiness and organization of all living areas, bedrooms, and common spaces.
- Conduct occasional deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning windows, interior walls, and detailed furniture care as requested.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the client or supervisor promptly.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying for replenishment when necessary.
- Follow specific cleaning instructions and preferences of the client to ensure personalized service.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar residential cleaning role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform all cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
