Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and providing information.
- Perform front desk duties including check-in, check-out, reservations, and handling guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to brand standards.
