Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and complimentary items.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces within assigned guest rooms.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, occasionally interacting with guests and responding to requests.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as needed.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
