Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries as per hotel standards.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, furniture, and fixtures thoroughly.
  • Replenish guest room supplies, including complimentary items and minibar stock.
  • Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, escalating when necessary.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and fellow team members.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Ensure cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and service areas on assigned floors.
