Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process efficiently and courteously.
- Process guest departures, handle payments, and provide accurate invoices.
- Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions/dining recommendations.
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including mail, faxes, and general office duties.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Act as a first point of contact for guest feedback and resolve minor complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Required Skills
