Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on all front office procedures and hotel policies.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Learn to manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s system.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately, providing information as required.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and offer local information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Shadow experienced receptionists to observe best practices in guest service and operational efficiency.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
