Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a welcoming first and last impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local Old Town attractions and dining.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Deliver newspapers, packages, and messages to guest rooms promptly.
- Support the front desk and concierge team with various guest requests and administrative tasks as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their stay.
- Ensure the security of guest belongings and report any suspicious activities.
- Assist with arranging transportation for guests upon request.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and guidelines.
