Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, maximizing revenue, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage hotel budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new guests.
- Monitor hotel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Fluency in English.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience working in a luxury hotel setting.
