Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead our esteemed Presken Hotel property in Awoyaya, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and team management within a fast-paced hospitality environment. As Hotel Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to achieving business objectives while nurturing a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, maintenance, and security.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hotel revenue goals, profitability targets, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage the hotel's budget, control costs, and optimize financial performance through effective forecasting and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations and company policies.
- Actively engage with guests to resolve issues, gather feedback, and ensure an unforgettable stay experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead daily operational meetings and conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance guest services and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven financial management and budgeting expertise.
- Deep understanding of hotel operational procedures and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
