Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of assigned vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces, to meet Vacasa's rigorous cleanliness standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all towels are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces and furniture.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, and dishes.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and welcome amenities.
- Inspect properties for maintenance issues, damage, or missing items and report findings promptly to the supervisor.
- Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supply closets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient turnaround times and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
Preferred Qualifications
