Your daily routine will involve a comprehensive range of tasks essential to preparing guest rooms for arrival and maintaining existing stays. This includes meticulously cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, changing and making beds with fresh linens, replenishing all in-room amenities (such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies), and ensuring all room elements are in perfect working order. You will be part of a collaborative team, working efficiently to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation, making sure every corner shines and every bed is made to perfection. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, to the highest hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all bedding is fresh and neatly arranged.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces meticulously.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Required Skills
