Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen and make beds, replenish towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or common areas.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, including periodic cleaning of public areas and facilities.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role (even non-hospitality related) is an asset but not required.
