Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, following hotel guidelines and procedures.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and empty trash and recycling bins.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and promotional materials.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and fellow team members.
- Assist with laundry duties and maintain linen closets as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, capable of bending, stooping, lifting, and pushing carts.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with hotel operating procedures and safety standards.
- Experience working with diverse teams and international guests.
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus but not required.
