Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and polishing fixtures.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities, ensuring all items are properly stocked.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests and fellow associates at all times.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6-12 months) in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.
