The Garden Place is actively seeking a motivated Hotel Housekeeper to join our dynamic Housekeeping Team. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels according to hotel procedures.
- Restock room amenities, replenish supplies, and ensure all items are accounted for and neatly arranged.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces including furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen rooms.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, when required.
