Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Learn and accurately process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and courteously, escalating when necessary.
  • Operate the hotel's property management system (PMS) under supervision.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for continuous learning.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
