Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Learn and accurately process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Operate the hotel's property management system (PMS) under supervision.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for continuous learning.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
- Punctuality and reliability.
