Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
  • Process payments, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Answer phone calls, direct messages, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Provide local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
