Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-outs, including processing payments and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries or assisting guests as needed.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the property management system.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing daily reports and managing mail/packages.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
