As a Hotel Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our guests expect and deserve. You will work closely with a supportive team, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, inviting, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common restrooms, following Golden Tulip's established cleaning procedures and standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a high level of hygiene.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest room amenities.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a cleaning role (even non-hotel related) is a plus but not essential
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided)
- Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
