Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with professionalism and promptness.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and public spaces.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Embody Marriott's service culture to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
