- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Maximum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a relevant industry or role.

- Active participation in extracurricular activities, student organizations, or demonstrated leadership roles during university.
- Basic understanding or exposure to industrial processes, technology sectors, or business operations.
