Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect.
- Assist with medication management, prompting and administering as per care plans.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light domestic duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities or conversations.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment safely where necessary.
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community engagement where required.
- Accurately record and report on client care, changes in condition, and any concerns.
- Adhere strictly to Caremark policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

- Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and health & safety protocols.
