Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures to protect company assets and ensure associate and customer safety.
- Contribute to achieving store sales goals and operational metrics through effective team management and strategic planning.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to associates.
- Assist in training new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Required Skills
