Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and product presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a seamless shopping experience.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and register operations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures to protect company assets and ensure associate and customer safety.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales goals and operational metrics through effective team management and strategic planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to associates.
  • Assist in training new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
