Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all customers entering and exiting the store with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Actively engage with customers to offer initial assistance, answer basic questions, and direct them to specific departments or associates.
- Proactively offer assistance with shopping carts and ensure the entrance area remains tidy and organized.
- Provide information regarding store layout, current promotions, and special services (e.g., Pro Desk, order pickup).
- Assist with monitoring customer flow and maintaining a secure, positive entry and exit experience.
- Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
