Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service, actively seeking out opportunities to assist them.
- Help customers locate products, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable advice on home improvement projects.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of aisles, display areas, and work zones, including stocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Operate various store equipment safely, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (with proper training and certification), to move and organize products.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise for customers, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and uphold The Home Depot's service standards.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives to better serve customers.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment for everyone.
Required Skills
