Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering project advice.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by merchandising products and ensuring proper signage.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory, including lifting and moving heavy products.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards, contributing to a safe shopping and working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage for various home improvement projects.
