Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering project advice.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by merchandising products and ensuring proper signage.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory, including lifting and moving heavy products.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards, contributing to a safe shopping and working environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage for various home improvement projects.
